Terms and Conditions

£50 Non refundable Deposit is payable on booking, (To secure your date )

Balance is payable no later than 14 days before the event,

unless prior arrangements made with us,

You must verify with the venue that there is sufficient room and power close by for our equipment, and they are aware of our presence,

If booking the Interactive Selfie Mirror it can only be used on a the ground floor, or if not must have a lift or ramp to access upper floors ( because of its size it is wheeled in and cannot go up more than 2 steps, other equipment more suitable iś available,

If on the rare occasion we have equipment failure ( electronic equipment can sometimes fail ) we will refund you on a pro-rata basis, ( dependant on how long the usage has been )

At an event we sometimes have to change printer media, any time spent doing so will be added onto the end of the hire ( you book for 3 hrs, you get 3 hrs usage time )etc,

Any damage ( other than fair wear and tear ) is chargeable to the hirer.

Any cancellation of our services by you less than 14 days before the date of the event is subject to a 50% surcharge unless the date can be filled with another booking by us, these conditions are non negotiable,

If however the event has to be cancelled because of new government guidelines { previously unknown } we will do everything in our power to accomodate a new date as and when you inform us,

Any person deemed by the operator to be incapable of using the equipment safely will be refused use of the equipment

The operator will not tolerate any abuse of equipment or staff including props, and if necessary will shut down the equipment and remove if they feel the need to, no refunds will be given in those circumstances,

Any person found deliberately damaging Posers Photobooth Equipment will be barred from using it, ( Damage is chargeable to the hirer )

You give your permission for Posers Photobooth Hire to use any pictures taken to be used to promote Posers Photobooth Hire and their services.
